picture-1.pngI’m always frustrated when I see something somewhere and can’t find more information online. This happens all the time – a TV commercial, a magazine ad, a billboard – all efforts to create new business. Yet a huge opportunity is lost when they limit this information to those methods, ignoring the web as an alternative. People don’t want to be fed your information. They want to consume information on their own schedules.

While I was working out, I was flipping channels for something to leave on. I caught the final ten seconds of the show “Everyday Italian” hosted by Giada De Laurentiis. She made some kind of chocolate sandwich cookie with a kind of filling between them. It looked good. So when I finished my workout, I grabbed the laptop to see if I could track down the recipe. Right on the front page of FoodNetwork.com, in the sidebar, was the show and link to the recipe.

In case you’re interested, here’s the link to the recipe. I can’t wait to try this out. Italian Chocolate Sandwich Cookie
