I'm a Stats Whore, and So Can You
I’m a stats whore. There, I said it. I often check my Feedburner subscriber counts throughout the day, even though I know they are only updated once a day. Not only that, but I get really excited about finding usage stats for other sites. It’s an obsession.
Stats can help tell a story, emphasize a point, or back up your decisions. They’re particularly useful when dealing with people who don’t get it: clients or bosses or colleagues who don’t necessarily live and breathe web like you do.
My Stuff
I measure my websites’ traffic, subscribers, etc. using a variety of tools. I don’t have all of these on all sites. There are pros and cons of each.
